Refund policy

BaytNova prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our policy follows the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Ministry of Commerce regulations.

• Change of Mind: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.

• Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will cover all return shipping fees in these cases.

• Warranty: All electronic gadgets and kitchen appliances come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened toys, personal care gadgets, or items customized to your specifications.

• Refund Process: Once the return is inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
